I feel as though after I had surgery to achieve a class I occlusion, the change in direction of my biteforce has caused tension to build around my browridge particularly when I am sleeping with retainers in as my mandible produces a lot of force just holding my bite in position
I questioned if there is some muscular hypertrophy around my browridge to cause my upper eyelid hooding to get more extreme, if it continues on this trajectory it will soon reach the point where it is covering my upper pupil as it is already covering my upper iris.
How much of this is natural changes, how much is face muscle stress/hypertrophy and how much is due to my theory mentioned in an old thread
