My upper face is fucked, help me!

My jaw is great but everything else isn't. I look like a half moon from the side, I think all of the problems come from a few bones, my maxilla and my infra orbitals. Are there any softmaxxes I can do since I'm Tanner stage 3 or will I have to wait until I'm old enough to get subtle fillers, can I do any habits that will help? Please if any one has had this issue please speak up.
