8oz raw liver



Wednesday:

8oz 85/15 ground beef cooked

5 eggs cooked in tallow

8oz raw ground beef

1oz raw liver



Thursday:

8oz 85/15 raw ground beef with egg yolk

4oz raw liver

8oz flat iron cooked in tallow

8oz 85/15 ground beef patties + 4 eggs cooked in tallow seperately



Friday:

3 eggs cooked in tallow

1lb raw ground beef with egg yolk

4 oz raw liver

8oz 85/15 hamburger patties cooked in tallow + 3 eggs cooked in pan afterwards



Saturday:

8oz 85/15 ground beef cooked

5 eggs cooked in tallow


Sunday:

2.5 lb slow cooked round roast with bone broth (this is in the oven right now and I’m bored)
