My weight loss plan plus need some serious advice to maximise bones during puberty

I’m 14 and I guess I have high body fat for my age but my plan is to do a 2 week aggressive cut then get back on track on either maintenance calories or a 100 calorie surplus which one do I do?

I was thinking of doing the 100 calorie surplus because some people told me to as I can maximise growth and bones during puberty
 
don't cut at 14, u need maximum nutrition for growth
I’m only cutting because of my high body fat and there it’s bad around my waist like crazy love handles I’m going to only cut for 2 weeks but aggressively and NEVER do it again and spend the rest of of puberty in a maintence or slight surplus eating nutritious food like lean red meat, dairy, eggs and fruit
