Tbh it was already hurting from pseudo planche push ups
But then I did 100 pull ups on Friday. Felt pain around 80, and should've stopped

Did just 5 on Saturday
Maybe 25 yesterday
And like 15 so far today
I don't wanna stop completely

But it was retarded to push myself just to reach a certain number, and now I'm regretting it as it's affecting my performance now

*Claimed 20+ pull ups before*

How can pull ups hurt your wrists? They barely use them, elbows on the other hand it's very possible. Might have been some other exercise imo

3 pullups and 20 pullups isnt a big gap bro
I believe there is nothing to be proud of if you do 20 pull ups because you trained for it. That's very easy. Everyone can do lots of pullups if they trained for it, all you need is to train. No achievement whatsoever. Try doing lots of pullups without training, that's the real deal. It's like being proud of getting a good grade in an exam, having studied for it. What did you accomplish exactly? Anyone could have done what you did if they studied the same amount as you. Getting good grades and getting diplomas without studying, that's a real achievement bitch. Big respect to them.

I go upper chest to bar, and that extra ROM seems to cause the pain when I do them now
I could probably just do some chin over bar while it heals

It's good to train for that
Train for anything that will help you overcome gravity
For example, I did an 80 second dead hang yesterday. Not very long, but beat my previous best of 72 seconds

You are fat? 1 minute 20 seconds seems low. Let me try.

It's better than the average person
But I am still weak, even tho I'm better than I was

Makes more sense then, be aware of your form while doing the exercise and don't let ego take over, if you need more time before you can do chest to bar there's nothing wrong with this. I can do 8 pull ups chin to bar with 20kg attached on the dip belt but I don't think I can do much bodyweight pull ups chest to bar.

No I can do chest to bar
All 100 reps were that, or at least just below collarbones when I started to get tired

I just did too many when I started feeling strain
Also I never warm up, but I think that's pointless for greasing the groove type workouts

You probably had some physical training beforehand so not an achievement.
Try be like me, spend 7 years on a chair and bed with no movement and now do 3 pull ups. I'm the strong guy if you were to ask me.

This is just larp
The average person can barely do 1 without some form of previous strength training
Im not larping im a genetic miracle I did absolutely 0 resistance training for 1 year and could easily do 15 strict pullups and nearly 1 one arm chinup, not full ROM but 80%. Not larp im just build different

I used to wheigh 140 pounds 6ft now im 168 and can still do a 1 arm pullup so I got a lot stronger

I can do 1 arm pullup too. Something is not adding up.

True one arm pullup while doing 3 normal pullups is questionable

Palm facing me and the other arm grabbing the wrist of the one pulling. Is that valid?
No thats 10% harder than a normal pullup, a true one arm pullup is 100% harder than a pullup

Yeah I tried a true one and couldn't hold myself.
Yes Holding with 1 arm with a 90° angle for just 2 seconds is harder than 12 pullups
