the purpose is to induce autophagy without weight loss. autophagy = eating own cellular components (source of amino acids). on zero protein, the ONLY source of amino acids is ur own body. the logical conclusion is that zero protein induces autophagy WITHOUT calorie restriction
it started out just cream and honey, but this is quite low in nutrition, so i have improved it
current version:
1. Cream and butter (Calorie dense healthy fat, K2 and C15:0 fatty acid)
2. Honey (Healthy sugar for calories, antioxidant, antiglycation, enzymes)
3. Molasses (Zero protein high sugar, contains way higher levels micronutrients than honey, such as minerals like iron)
4. Lime/lemon juice (Vitamin C, citric acid, almost no protein)
5. Cacao powder (Very low protein at a normal dose, theobromine/caffeine, micronutrients like magnesium, polyphenols)
6. Fruit juice (I do not currently have this but this would be a very good idea to have)
