If You Shave Daily, You’re a Fucking Idiot

How many times do you have to run a razor over your neck before you realize you’re just destroying your skin for a few hours of smoothness? That daily drag ruins your moisture barrier, dries your face out, and welcomes razor burn with open arms. If you have sensitive skin, you probably look at your chin the next morning and see the aftermath of a war zone. There’s a reason most guys just let the stubble grow.

Stop treating the aftermath and start treating the cause.

The issue isn't that you need a sharper blade or a fancier foam. The issue is that your hair grows back like a weed. So, the real solution isn't shaving better today. It’s shaving less tomorrow. This is where Cyperus Rotundus Oil comes in.

Meet Nagarmotha: The $10 Hack You’ve Been Sleeping On

You might know this as Nagarmotha oil or Nutgrass oil. It has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries to soften skin and slow hair growth. But science just proved what people in South Asia have known for years.

A clinical trial compared this oil directly to Alexandrite laser treatments. The result? Topical Cyperus Rotundus oil is just as effective at reducing hair growth as expensive laser sessions, with no side effects detected. Zero. If that sounds like a cheat code for your face, that’s because it is.

Here is how it works:

Hair growth is fueled by DHT. This oil contains flavonoids that inhibit the activity of the 5-alpha-reductase enzyme. If you slow down the conversion of testosterone into DHT locally on your skin, the hair follicle gets a weaker signal. It doesn't vanish overnight, but it comes back thinner, lighter, and slower.

By cutting the regrowth speed, you move from shaving every day to every three or four. That means less razor contact, less irritation, and a face that actually has time to heal. While we are on the topic, check out the science behind DHT blockers here:

How to Apply

Shaving leaves your follicles wide open. That is the perfect window to apply the oil. Here is the exact protocol to follow:

1. Clean: Pat your face dry after shaving. Don't leave it wet.
2. Dose: Drop 3 to 4 drops onto your neck or the area where hair is thickest.
3. Rub: Massage until it absorbs. It hydrates your skin instantly.

Most guys see results in about 3 to 4 weeks. The hair just stops being so aggressive. It goes from "sandpaper" to "barely noticeable" by the end of the week.

You can grab it on iHerb right here:

Or find pure Nagarmotha oil on Amazon:

The Verdict

Is this going to turn you into a hairless cat? No. But if you are tired of the razor burn, the redness, and the irritation that comes with having to shave every single morning, this is a lifesaver.

Better than shaving every day and torturing your face? Yes. Better than Alexandrite laser? Same results, less money. Better than dealing with razor burn? Obviously.

Final Rating: 9/10

Now you can go from an unkempt peasant to a clean shaven mogger
