Name of the lip surgery mentioned here a few days ago?

There was a thread on a lip surgery that increased upper lip height but didn't impact philtrum length does anybody know the name? It wasn't anything to do with fillers, and i don't think it was a lip lift either.

Think the thread got moved to the best of the best section (greycel problems)
