Girls often get scared, they blush and start playing with their hair when I'm around them

The risk/reward of other surgeries such as rhino for nose are not ideal because a) theyre not major failos and b) the risk of fucking up my harmony is too high.

Mse is great and all but you are literally looking at 3 years + of treatment and 15k+ usd to PERHAPS achieve some noticeable results. Honestly would just recommend it to people who are rly fucked, talking about less thn 30mm IMW people, if you are above that get a good appliance to expand your palate. It will slowly remodel your bones and increase width too, not to the degree of mse( most likely ) , however you wont have fucked up teeth for 3 years and be afraid to smile and look aspie all arround.
