4. Bad UES (specifically negative orbital vector).

5. Slightly hooked and downturned nose (from the side).

6. Vertically short lower third.

7. Not a very angular lower third.

Fixes respectively:

1. Canthoplasty.

2. Lower eyelid retraction surgery.

3. Upper eyelid fillers.

4. Infraorbital rim implants.

5. Rhinoplasty.

6. Chin implant.

7. Jaw/mandibular angle implants.

Great jawline good maxilla and chin good high set cheekbones with good bit of zygos projection and great chest and good eye support and brow ridge only problems bits of fat and ugly boulbous nose and striaght but yellow dirty ugly teeth bit of assysemtry fixes rhinoplasty gym time Hollywood smile price =0 in my country military insurance includes couple of plastic surgeries but limited ones so cosmetic rhinoplasty is almost my only option thank god my only serious problem is the nose as its costs are covered and Hollywood smile my cousin is on of the best and owes me a favor
