I have genetically horrid type 2 narcolepsy and shitty appetite I cannot live without exogenous meds like armodafinil and mk677, ghrp-6, anamorelin worse when I’m naturally low bodyfat% 24/7 lean and fast metabolism where I need 6k calories daily and if I miss a day of armodafinil I’d pass out asleep or fatigued asf due to excessive daytime sleepiness, even in highschool I’d be horrifically tired asf. 8 hours of sleep isn’t even minimum more like 10-12 and I’ve slept longer before. Not even tren insomnia is effective as 225mg daily armodafinil
