narrow lips and wide jaw

is there any way to narrow my jaw down cuz i have a square face and is there a way to make my lips wider ive heard cutting the corners can help but idk

I would only really go with epply on this, unless you have a holy grail of knowledge about better surgeon for this out there. Even then you have to be a true narrow lip cel, lot of times your palate is narrow too and cutting the mouth open would create uncanniness.

ive tried it helps a bit but you keep having to get bigger sized every couple weeks till you get to 12-13 cm
