narrow pallet how can i widen

my palate is i think VERY narrow, i was at the dentist 4 months ago, and they told me im fine and dont need anything. but its actually so narrow so what the fuck could i do

there is no sure method lol, you could try cope palate expander but it depends if you have fused sutures

dentists are absolute jokes, same situation here luckily i've been able to widen it myself but still somewhat narrow

i thumbpulled but only at the back to increase the arch and also pressed my tongue at the wisdom teeth which grew my palate forward. the progress stopped though and when i tried thumbpulling at the mid section i heard a crack.

Consult several different orthodontists and gather as many opinions as possible before deciding. If they all agree that your palate is fine, it's likely credible, as they'd be passing up a potential opportunity to profit

Zinc will increase hormones to hopefully make your palate wider. But I’m grey so maybe don’t listen to me
