yeah unfortunately no solutions even surgery don't help that much and can have bad scarring

I have narrow lips that look okay when I’m starvemaxxed and lean. But the second I gain some bloat or width around my face they look cucked and ugly. Doesn’t help that I have full lips so I become a gay fish

yeah it's probably because of the inward pressure of facial fat compressing the lips making them narrow, did leaning out noticeably help widen them out because my mouth-to-nose ratio is relatively shit but I’m also not lean rn

No its because I have a narrow palate slight jaw recession and missing 4 teeth and artificial teeth arch created by braces. If I had all my teeth and a teeth arched designed by my own genetics not a jew device I assume I would have had better nose to mouth ratio

ahh didn't realize you had a narrow palate I was just going off not being lean, yeah I suspect my shit is narrow as well but the thing is I don't have crazy crossbites but I can tell my mouth is a bit narrow based off feeling that shit my tongue, also I think expanders may widen the nose a bit as well since the maxilla laterally expands so it kind of contradicts the lip widening effect for a desirable nose to mouth ratio

I worded it wrong my palate/maxilla isn’t drastically. It’s my teeth arch and lack of teeth due extractions that fuck up my lip support and causes a narrow look.
