I think I have internal nasal valve collapse, which is where if I breathe in hard the sides walls of my nose push inwards.

I think everyone has this to an extent though, so I'm not sure if mine is a legitimate problem

Let me ask you: if you pull outwards (like shown below) and then inhale hard, does your breathing improve? Cover the other nostril

I dont want to waste money on some stupid procedure because my cartilage isnt strong enough

Nearly 6 year old thread but I have the same thing planning to go see ortho thought my breathing would improve after septoplasty, it didnt. What was the outcome of this?
