Nasalobial folds increased on tretinoin

So, I stated using tretinoin since I am not touching accutane ever again

I noticed that my skin folds became more prominent, and my skin quality just started looking worse in general. I moisturize, but not daily.

Is it permanent, or will it go away?

your skin will get used to it, in the beginning its always shit but then afterwards you see the true benefits

2 months get hyluaronic acid serum so u dont dry your skin and make folds appear more. but i would also like to add that it did fuck all for my genetic subhuman acne after 5 months on it

Should I wear sunscreen if I put it on at night, and wash it off in the morning?

No you don't need to wash it off. But I leave mine on about 40 minutes, then moisturize my face with three steps.
-1. dampen face
-2. Use a Humectant/Hyaluronic acid that binds and retains water molecules. I use Rohto Hadalabo Gokujyun Premium.
-3 Seal the moisture with an occlusive. I use Cerave Moisturizing Cream
