My jaw is decent, however my mid face is pretty flat and because of this my nose droops a little on the end instead of being straight or a little upturned and I have slight smile lines / wrinkles.
the obvious answer to this is a le fort 1 but I’ve been looking more into nasobial fold implants and I think these would fix what I’m wanting at 1/6 of the cost.
The only question is would the implants be big enough to actually give me enough pressure to change my nose and possibly give the impression my maxilla isn’t flat.
I was thinking I could get the implants for my mid face and then genioplasty to bring my chin more forward too
