My jaw is decent, however my mid face is pretty flat and because of this my nose droops a little on the end instead of being straight or a little upturned and I have slight smile lines / wrinkles.

the obvious answer to this is a le fort 1 but I’ve been looking more into nasobial fold implants and I think these would fix what I’m wanting at 1/6 of the cost.

The only question is would the implants be big enough to actually give me enough pressure to change my nose and possibly give the impression my maxilla isn’t flat.

I was thinking I could get the implants for my mid face and then genioplasty to bring my chin more forward too IMG 4686

Already morphed my face with rhino. The reward isn’t worth the risk and botch rate

But you think implants has less botch rate, your nose looks cooked man

Not at all i just think there’s much more ROI if I got a good set of implants. If I got rhino it wouldn’t suit my face cos the mid is recessed whereas implants would increase projection, cost less and fix my sloped nose but idk how much it would fix it by that was my question. I could possibly just do implants and if that doesn’t fix the slope then get a conservative nose job

You would need rhino regardless, thats your failo. Either you get rhino or nothing or you get bothw

But you out here planning on implants that no surgeon does almost and has prob a botch rate in the 10% atleast

because I don’t wanna have some sloped nose that doesn’t suit my face because the mid is still recessed I’d rather fix the mid face somehow that will also fix the downward nose.
What about genioplasty is that good roi for me

Yeah they could boost your iq, so then you could understand rhino is your best option.
