Nasolabial fold filler for paranasal hollowing?

I was wondering if this filler could help with paranasal hollowing and make that upper lip area (philtrum) less protrusive and more forward as well as obvious filling in the paranasal regions. Something similar to this below where the philtrum area becomes less depressed and nasolabial folds are less present. I'm not female but this really bugs me. I don't want to get a paranasal implant because it seems too extreme to do just for this, and nasolabial fold filler can last a long long time if its radiesse.

Hey man, it is essentially where the lower part of the maxilla is deficient in someway, whether its recessed or due to bone loss. For me personally its due to bone loss as I didn't have it before. My case is nowhere near as extreme as the woman below but its still noticable under certain lighting.

I wageslave and i also live in brazil, where surgeries are cheap and good.I can do one medium surgery each two months.
