A friend of mine is natty lifting for around 5 years, looks very good although manlet, but he is training every day for 4+ hours, so you tell me do you think that's worth it?

I don't think I could do it if it would guarantee me prime Doutzen Kroes.

I bet you train for 30 minutes at the gym and call it a day

You eat less than 100g of protein a day you must bump those numbers to at least 150 or 160g.

Lack of recovery

Taking any meds or drugs that are fucking you up.
