I am a 15M and 6'3
I want to run a light simple supplement stack composed of:
Vitamin D3: 4,000 IU
Vitamin K2 (MK-7): 200 mcg
Omega-3: 3 g
Creatine: 5 g
Hydrolyzed Bovine Collagen Peptides: 15 g
Vitamin C: 1,000 mg
Zinc: 25 mg
Magnesium Glycinate: 300 mg
L-Arginine + L-Citrulline: 5 g each
While taking this I want to chew mastic gum / hard foods in general to activate the Wnt pathway and mechanotransduction.
Let me know if I should add / change something and if the changes achieved would even make a difference.
