The picture u showed with natural average genes with minimal muscle and decent leanness physique is very good for female gaze

Not really. It depends on your genetics almost entirely.

For me natty bodybuilding was pointless because I'm just not prone to being muscular. I lifted, with good sleep and diet, for 6 years to basically just look like I'm normal. I now pin test and I look like I seriously lift, but not ridiculous.

I see teenagers who have worked out for 18 months/2 years who are my size and I'm roiding.

actually true tbh most guys cant and will never afford surgery unless ur richcel

It’s unusual for guys who get no results like this due to genetics to actually stick with bodybuilding. Most of the guys who stick with it have average to good genetics so in the echo chamber of bodybuilding forums, genetics are not that important and your training/diet/sleep/gear MUST be wrong. It’s irritating.

I will probably have to get clavicle lengthening surgery because I’m incapable of building a good frame with muscle.
