i eat a lot of fruit and honey daily and it dosent seem to make my face puffier.
like 3 apples, slices of pineapple, oranges and bananas and a lot of honey i mean a lot, should i keep it this way or its too much sugar

well, for how long have you been eating this way? i cannot tell you what causes acne for you, cause it can depend individually on each person (if any acne history at all)

my acne is almost all dead im saying that if i eat like this it could come back in a future, btw about a month

Aslong as Ur blood glucose isn't fucked you'll be fine. All that fructose will make you more prone to gain weight and fuck Ur liver a lil so just eat in moderation. Track the actual amount sugar you're consuming via a tracking app.
