Been doing ashwaghanda and RLT, also taking vit D

Been in a really good mood and horny the fast few weeks from what I've felt it seems legit, getting bloodwork in august

I heard that tongkat ali is legit but tough to find the real thing as it's often faked. Nice thread.

Also the study linking creatine to dht is very small, very short term and using very high doses so follow what they do if you want to expect higher dht levels(maybe)

Ashwagandha makes me extremely angry, probably from MAOi effects and not roid rage

Yes, and tends to deplete copper, so get some copper too

Like with anything, these can be overdosed.

what kind of ashwaghanda? sensoril or ksm-66? ksm-66 just lowers my inhibition a little and makes me sluggish

Don't waste your money on over the counter supplements, they're all bullshit except maybe creatine. If you're really low t only injecting will work.
