Hi im working on the natural aspect of life and how to reduce everyday exposure to potentially harmful chemicals and environmental stressors in the home.

i hate long threads with big ass explanations, im giving you an easy blueprint on what to do. (this is a work in progress any tips and recomendations are welcomed)

Don’t expect drastic or immediate facial changes. These adjustments mainly help you rest better, regulate hormones, and improve overall quality of life. Any aesthetic changes come in the long term as a result of better hormonal balance. That said, don’t underestimate these changes, they can make a significant difference over time.

Guide on Chemicals

EMFs

Switch AirPods for wired headphones
Use airplane mode when you’re not using a device
Turn off Wi-Fi while you sleep (Wi-Fi timer)
Keep devices in other rooms while sleeping
Don’t leave anything plugged in near you
Use the longest possible LAN cable

Lights

Replace LED lights with incandescent lights
Candles
Red glasses if you use screens 2 hours before sleeping
Windows open and curtains open as well

Bed

Padding materials: cotton, linen, silk

Water

Reverse osmosis water filter
Shower filter

Grounding

30 min – 1 hr per day of grounding
Floors made of naturally conductive materials: natural stone, bricks, concrete
Grounding mat while sleeping

Cleaning Products

Vinegar and water for simple cleaning
Vinegar, water, and baking soda to scrub residues
Hydrogen peroxide for stronger cleaning
For dishes: use natural castile soap, scrub with baking soda or vinegar

Air

Keep windows open if you live in an area with good air quality
Many plants around the house

Cooking Products

Cast iron pan, carbon steel, clay, stainless steel
Metal, glass, wood, stone, porcelain for utensils and containers
Some ingredients (e.g., honey) have a negative charge and are prone to oxidation when exposed to metals, so use wood instead

thanks for reading.

I still need to research replacements for toothpaste, deodorant, and showering products, as well as things like shoe shape and materials. There are many micros that slip through unnoticed.

as someone who used to be hyper obsessed with shit like this back in like 2020-2022 it doesn't do shit and is cope, I'd say that maybe the reverse osmosis water is reasonable and red light/avoiding blue light before sleep but the rest is  keeping ur phone out of ur room while sleeping wont change shit for you and so on, it might give you the feeling like ur doing something but in reality ur not its impossible to avoid emf's and other shit during ur life, if not at night you'll be surrounded by them during the day, when it comes to cooking products nobody follows these rules in restaurants and other places when ur out, grounding is nice though

yeah i notice how easy you can fall into an addiction, i been noticing that there is always a next level to this shit until you end up living like goatis. my goal was to be able to construct a lifestyle and a routing while adding these and some other looksmaxing protocols, nothing too invasive. im wondering over your knowledge and expirence, are you willing to share some?

You told me you were hyperobsessed with this. How far did you go with it? Did you actually achieve real changes in your home or lifestyle?

What else do you know about this topic? I understand that EMFs are unavoidable, but avoiding plastic, choosing better clothing materials, improving water quality, and grounding all seem really logical to me.

If you implemented any of these, which ones exactly did you do, and did you notice any differences?

okay so I didn't eat anything processed for two years, ate primal, did everything from the list above, ofc some of these like the reverse water osmosis is a good thing and we drink water all the time so having it good quality is a W in the long run, as well as red light avoiding blue light before sleep, a lot of these are life changes that'll make you end up living like goatis being antisocial and completely being a social outcast, but i think the primal diet made a change only for my gut health only though nothing else so just mehh, installing a reverse osmosis will never regret, I still use blue light blocking glasses after 8pm they're a cheat code to good sleep, ofc a shower filter can slightly help with better skin and not having acne, ofc u sleep in bed for usually 8 hours so you don't want it to be some stinky ass uncomfortable poliester, getting in fresh air and grounding is so water it's basically human nature like going to take a shit, cleaning and cooking products are cope but choosing a cast iron pan was a good pro health decision even though if it doesn't make a significant life change, a lot of these things not all but a lot don't do anything significant in ur life just give you the feeling like ur doing something

Do you do all this yourself?

I still need to research replacements for toothpaste, deodorant, and showering products, as well as things like shoe shape and materials. There are many micros that slip through unnoticed.
I've been researching the same type of thing and even going to lengths of making my own products (little success). Have you had any luck for things like body wash, deodorant, toothpaste etc.?
