For naturals, cortisol prevention and frequency is the most important thing for muscle building. Training fewer times a week but longer workouts are raising the natty cortisol, and the frequency cant be really high with heavy long workouts.

It’s better to workout with short, sub one hour workouts, even 30 minute workouts. Much less stress and you can have mega high frequency as a nattie this way.

Also sleep is crucial for naturals, and high frequency benefits sleep because you are tired after physical days like this.
