First ever post here so bear with me. I’m 19 turning 20 soon. And I noticed my neck and head posture isn’t the greatest. I’m pretty fuckin fat rn which doesn’t help but I used to be probably 13-15% body fat about a year ago and I didn’t have a bad jawline but I think it could be better. I’ve been sleeping on my back without a pillow and trying to lean out to see if my jaw will get better but everytime I use “good posture” I have damn near a double chin. Does anyone have any suggestions on anything else I could do to prevent any more damage to my posture? I’m aware of stretching and chin tucks but I can’t seem to figure out if it’s cope or not.

literally just wear one of those posture corrector things. your body will soon get used to it and then naturally have better posture.
Another thing you could do is work on your rear delts, will help adjust your shoulders
