I'm curious whether neck training is the same as training any other muscle groups. I follow a legit training split for my body, but I've never found one for my neck. I don't put plates on my head as it doesn't give much intensity compared to my hand as a resistance. I saw a tiktok where a guy trains it everyday with no resistance, but gemini told me to do it 2-3 times in a week.
 
Treat it like every other muscle, have in mind that you have to train different movements of the neck, like extension and moving the neck to the sides for example. If you’ve never did it, start with no weight slowly and controlled and work your way up to weights. Wrestling and jiu jitsu guys explain it well on yt.
