Should a 13 yo , skinny and week neck kid use weight / bottles 3-5kg(3-5l) to neck curl in firstly neck curl exercise, 7-20 rep, 3 or 7 set, rest 2-10 minute, no gym chair do neck curl on the bed

As a retard i cant understand wdym anything, you just need to say yes or no if ill train 2-3x/a week and should i add neck extension neck exersice cuz im afaird of bad posture, (i even dont go to gym, body weight cant push up 1x(now im try hard body weight) so i cant understand wdym, i look like a boymaxxing(too much cardiocel) so i hope u can help this stupid guy tks
I don't understand what you mean. I just need you to say yes or no. If I train 2-3 times a week, should I also add neck extension exercises? I'm afraid of having bad posture. I don't even go to the gym yet and can't do a single push-up (I'm working hard on bodyweight exercises now). I feel like I'm too focused on cardio. I hope you can help me. Thanks."(FIX GRAMMAR)

Yeah you should train it 2-3 times a week until failure. If you want you can also do neck extensions
