Same. Also neck bridges worked very well, but I know from research it rekts your spine to do neck bridges but they worked. When you neck curl, do you do both sides? As in do you go both from your forehead going up and also from the back of your head going up? I do both but dont know if i need to

yo if youre dedicated to this you can get a trainer joe rogan talked about that applies tension as you move your head

very expensive but truly feel its worth it if you have the money, neck is law

for now its fine

the neck trainer as i said is better, athletes use it because u dont need to fuck ur spine up

Well that sounds like a good idea, but i dont wanna get a trainer just for that. Right now I just take a dumbbell, lay on a bench, put the dumbell on my forehead and lower my head down off the edge of the bench and back up. I got my most neck gains from 6 months of doing neck bridges but i know it rekts your spine when youre older so i stopped.

If I ever get a trainer ill do that but for now I cant. Im just wondering if I should also do the neck dumbell exercise while laying stomach down on the bench and putting thw dumbbell on the back of my head and bringing it up. I dont know if i need to get so specific for my neck and if its worth it.

Word. Neck gains are so fun and they come on so quickly. So satisfying to see your neck in the mirror one day just look bigger

If you’re really worried about it, I would literally just invest in a $10 heat pad off Amazon and then laid on your neck before you go and do your curls so you have every muscle looser than if you just warmed up naturally
