Im cutting rn but tryna grow my neck (not traps neck) im thinking about hitting neck in the morning and evening 5-6 times a week is there any way thats more effective and faster to build these muscles

I need the growth im no tryna do the usual „every muscle 2x per week“ i need the growth NOW
you understand that muscles need time to recover you can't just workout 20 hours in a day and wake up jacked

Yeah ive been in the gym long enough but small muscles can usually take more frequency

Then you need to use steroids, training more wont cause it to grow more, Maybe even less and probably will cause tendinopathies in your neck while you are it. So you wont be able to train it. Treat the neck muscles like any other muscle group bruh.

Just do it 2-3 times a week to allow recovery.
And do it only 1 time a day with progressive overload.

Also add basic SCM training for overall girth and definition. Same days as your weighted neck days.

You’ll probably end up with spinal pain but if you’re that desperate to the point of training it 5-6 times a week, then it’s worth it.
