Neck is more important when youre over 6ft 2. There, fixed the title for you.

Height and frame are pretty much unadjustable and are your confidence. You either got them both or youre doomed.

Nothing bro. I was 17 that time with 0 muscle mass basically sitting all day with a very bad posture
Now Im on my feet all day with better diet and doing neck bridges and curls and of course regular weight lifting

Weird study on height. Why is chest height highest, then cervicale height? I do understand stature being lower than others. But i would of thought acromial height would be highest among height. Oddly this is not the case. Can anyone explain why so?
