His neck matches his subhuman peanut skull and nonexistent jawline

No amount of gymcelling is gonna fix that

It's the difference between a man and a fuck-up. It can't be changed through training alone

Exactly. Neck is insertion thing, not really muscle. You can look less worse off tho training it to peak. Many of these guys would just get sleep apnea in the process.(I mean nfl players did, what chance avg person stand)

I love how retards here do whatever they can to pick out and talk shit about Barret when he's always referenced by the same autists when it comes to having prominent features. And a stacy girlfriend too still unlike some.

Not really issue of growing anyone can. But whether at your grown neck you have:
/ \ or I I insertion
thick enough to go with skull
sleep apnea or not

I don't know how you can get sleep apnea , I even try to choke me a little with one hand and my breathing barely changes, I think you would need the neck of a wrestler on roids for it to start affecting me

I didnt get but i am speaking in relation of average population to nfl player. Average guy is recessed, nfl player have better craniofacial development. Yet quite a significant amount of them get sleep apnea.

If nfl player got 20ish of them getting sleep apnea, i suspect avg is 60% if not higher. I am not saying dont train neck but stop the moment u start having breathing issues.

Those guys are all on roids, average human most likely does not have enough T to build a neck that would cause problems

Neck is insanely important, probably most important along with arms and forearms in perception of strength, tougness and being dominating. Even just big neck alone (without other muscles being big) will make a man appear dominating and tough, but scrawny forearms can destroy that illusion the most. I have a fairly thick and wide neck and upper arms but my forearms are extremely thin, my wrists are same size as that of average 130lbs woman (i actually measured) and i am 185lbs 6'1 (measured in doctors office so its very accurate) making me appear weak when wearing short sleeves that completely cover upper arms. I also look comical when my upper arms are exposed due to them being much much bigger than my forearms.

You can't be chad with skinny neck imo. You can only be prettyboy. Lucky for most of you neck can be trained easily. Mine is pretty big naturally and when i started training it, i started developing sleep apnea, i could feel my tongue obstructing my airway when i was laying on my back, that's when i stopped. Anyway, i am just sharing this information so if someone actually trains it, he should be careful.

How long did it take you to grow it

I can't really say for certain because i was on 500 mg testosterone at that time. But while on cycle i think it took around 2 and a half months, around that time. Not much.

Looking at it, Swimmers and Royal marines have mogger necks. More I look into what they have to do the more it's suicide/lifefuel depending on which way you look at it ("you still in the office lmao" if positive", 30 miles wearing 20kg + rifle if negative). You surely must had looked into armed forces at some point?
There's always the French Foreign legion?? :feelshah:

You think your theory is what caused T. rex to go extinct? Genuinely asking as I'm looking into paleontology.

foids are literal mentats when it comes to measuring skull shape, neck width et cetera

you already know every foids little skull within 5 miles of this guy is running 50 teraflop fibonacci sequences to determine the extent of this guys subhumanity.

Just injured my shoulder so u couldnt have made this thread at a better time , i guess ill be spamming neck training for like 3-6 weeks

Oh, I see we're excavating fossils and personal insecurities simultaneously. How quaint. But sure, let's entertain the notion that my theory single-handedly vanquished the T. rex. It's as plausible as believing you have IQ high enough to understand the science of paleontology itself.

I'd entertain your inquiry though, but it seems you're still stuck in the Paleolithic era of critical thinking. Perhaps a crash course in logic would do you more good than digging up fossils.

Yes dude, that must be it lmao. Do you?

It's called a metaphor, it is the use of understanding two similar things in motion using parallel logic. Ala microcosm and macrocosm. For example, I'm in the Anthropocene but it seems you're still lost in r/palaeontology, Buzzfeed and IFLScience

Exactly , its ur jaw and skull width which decied the amount of musculature that u can put their ,just like wrist size decides amount of muscles that hand can hold

NFL players have longer faces and sleep apnea because of mouth breathing during intense physical exercise all through childhood

They still have better development than avg tho or do you think otherwise?

I have a prominent neck without training it directly. I probably grew my neck from my back and upper back training. Maybe from when I used to do face pulls and deadlifts too. I do reverse pec deck now which does hit traps to some extent. And I used to do heavy cheat lateral raises. Those hit traps too. But I might have sleep apnea bro. I snore a lot when I sleep. Neck training can cause sleep apnea.

Neck training is an actual thing. I think you fucking autists invented this shit and it somehow made its way into bodybuilding. But beware, neck training can cause sleep apnea

You can train forearms. Look up extensor and flexor curls. Or extensor and flexor training/lifting/bodybuilding. The flexors are easy to grow. It's the extensors I don't have any direct experience with. Maybe at the end of my upper body day at the gym, I can try at home with my small little dumbbell set (2.5, 5, 10, 15lbs). Or maybe I can buy resistance bands off Amazon. I don't feel like spending more time in a commercial gym as is. You can also grow your brachioradialis with hammer curls. Which also grow the brachialis in your arm.

For neck training, look at the video above. But beware of sleep apnea risk.

Wrist, you can't grow those.

Can't escape mouthbreathing during high-octane cardio and swimming. You can try to keep it to exhaling but it involves short breaths to fill back the tank.

Neck is just as important as your hairline in how it frames your face.

Agree 100% it legit boggles my mind that neck training hasn’t really caught on big time amongst normie gymcels who will do 15 different bicep exercises to maximally hit every fiber or whatever, but they walk around looking like a novelty bobblehead figure
