Neck lift in Turkey or other cheap countries?

I've had a successful genioplasty in the UK. I now want a submentoplasty to tighten the muscles and skin in the jawline & submental areas.

But I won't pay the insane UK fees for such a relatively simple procedure (between £5k and £10k).

Does anybody know where to look? I am very open to different countries - Turkey, Middle East, Eastern Europe, etc.

I wouldn't go there for a major operation like genio, but I think it's logical to find a cheaper surgeon for a neck lift.

On the topic, are there any more 'serious' plastic surgery forums where this might get more traction?

Usually the "cheap" countries are Iran or turkey
I wouldn't go to other places like India, Mexico etc

realself is the only place that I would recommend
