neck spots

ive been using this fragrance and its been giving me spots around the areas i put it. since then ive stopped using the fragrance and ive been trying to treat it for over a month. is there anything else i can do or do i just treat it like my face?

If you're sure its real then you're probably allergic to one of the ingredients. Try spraying on clothes or put some vaseline on before spraying.

ill usually have a shower before i put on my cologne
