Wouldn't neck training make the frame look worse by shortening the distance between the neck and end of shoulders?

From what I've seen, people with big traps, usually look like they have small shoulders, cuz traps are more visible then

Personally I don't train traps to avoid taking attention from shoulders

If a person grows neck for extra 5 cm, average for men between 35-40 cm, that's definitely noticable

Or thick neck is more important than slightly "smaller" looking shoulders?

Agree, I underestimated the impact of thickness of neck

I'm kinda in luck, cuz exercises that I do only increased the upper size of my neck, while base remained the same

Someone made a morph of me with a thicker neck and it made a huge difference

I'm gonna take roids anyway for bigger shoulders so it shouldn't be a problem

If your scapula/shoulders are good you’ll look fine despite maybe having shoulders that look narrower after
