Neck training questions.

i have some questions about neck training

For neck curls which is better to do 10-20 reps with weights or to failure (around 60) reps with no weights. I feel it more when i do high reps

And if i skip neck extensions will the muscles in my neck become unbalanced? Only option i have is doing neck bridges but i don’t want to risk neck damage.

Lastly if my neck becomes too big can my air way become restricted.

honestly i dont like neck training cuz the fuckin muscle sore you get the next day is sooooooooooooooo fuckin painful
It feels good to send snaps to females after a nice neck pump gets them wet and instasnaps back.

Yeah bro i will just go to my comercial gym to grab a 20 kg plate reping 3 reps grunting like crazy while looking autistic.

It isn't that hard I regularly do 45lbs and 60+ reps, just build up to it

Pretty good actually how much has it grown since you started
Like an inch or two, my neck used to be thin but deadlifts/shrugs probably also contributed to my new neck size

Legit results my nigga. Shrugs have improved the size of my traps too especially the part where they meet the shoulders. but i barely feel in my traps when i deadlift only in my lats and lower back mostly maybe i need some straps for dl

It's not important to focus on. You should build your back and delts and chest and if you get big enough your neck should be proportionally big enough. If not then neck training makes sense

massive lie. My upper body is good + got good genetics. Never noticed I have a fucking pencil neck until i started lifting. I look weird now since my upper body is good but got a gummy worm as a neck

Idk I take roids my neck and traps are decent without me touching them
