i have some questions about neck training
For neck curls which is better to do 10-20 reps with weights or to failure (around 60) reps with no weights. I feel it more when i do high reps
And if i skip neck extensions will the muscles in my neck become unbalanced? Only option i have is doing neck bridges but i don’t want to risk neck damage.
Lastly if my neck becomes too big can my air way become restricted.
