I’ve been training my neck around 3x a week for 2 months and am seeing no results can you guys tell me what is optimal cause maybe my routine is bad

First pic taken from much below and not flexing and the other is the exact opposite, die fag.
I'm flexing in neither pics retard. I just feel more comfortable posting more of my younger face since I don't look like anything like it nowadays and this platform is still available for guests

youre doing it with an improper technique, also you gotta load up neck curls and extensions with weight


do 3 sets till failure normal neck curls with (weighted)
3 sets of neck curls with side rotations till failure (weighted)
6 sets of neck extension till failure (weighted)

also eat your bodyweight amount of protein for example if u weight 120pounds eat 120G of protein

last part is partly bs tbh
i'd usually go for 0.7g per pound of bw I don't see myself eating 225g of protein

Yeah I do use weight on normal and use my hand for resistance on side I don’t do neck extension this so I’ll try those out🤙

I'm neck training too but unfortunately it's mostly genetics, i made some progress but it's slow

Meanwhile one 17 year old guy who never trained before has a wide, thick neck
