do 3 sets till failure normal neck curls with (weighted)
3 sets of neck curls with side rotations till failure (weighted)
6 sets of neck extension till failure (weighted)
also eat your bodyweight amount of protein for example if u weight 120pounds eat 120G of protein
Yeah I do use weight on normal and use my hand for resistance on side I don’t do neck extension this so I’ll try those outyoure doing it with an improper technique, also you gotta load up neck curls and extensions with weight
