So recently I began doing neck workouts. I already have a very strong jawline so that is not my concern. My concern is that my jaw is wider than my neck so I am trying to widen my neck in an attempt to have better ratios. Anyways I have been doing weighted neck curls and I have noticed some gains, but the problem is that it seems the muscle underneath my tongue/jawline is enlarging aswell, especially during a workout I notice the pump and it seems as though it makes my jawline significantly less sharp taking away my jawlines structure. That being said I was wondering if any large brain individual had thoughts on this and how I can workout neck without ruining my jawline
