What is the best gymcelling muscle? Is it chest? Maybe abs or arms? HELL NO, IT IS EASILY NECK. TAKE THE NECK PILL ASAP

Reason 1- everyone sees your neck pretty much all the time
Reason 2- neck is pretty much the number one most important non facial feature for psl. Skinny cuck neck vs slayer wide neck is literally 1-1.5 psl difference
Reason 3- you can easily gain signifcant neck mass in a matter of months with the right routine
Reason 4- according to an online rating experiment with neck morphs, wider fuller necks are considered UNIVERSALLY AND SIGNIFICANTLY MORE ATTRACTIVE then normal or skinny necks.
Reason 5- large necks will command respect because it is a signifier of a made man who isn't a pushover

Which are better, front neck raises or side neck raises?

I started developing a double chin with front ones, then it went away once I stopped doing them. My theory is that it pushes out the muscle underneath your chin, therefore also pushing out the fat/skin giving the double chin effect.

Thoughts?

i think indeed side and back are the best , front least important

btw brazilian jiu jitsu is excellent for neck training, you are laying on your back with head off the ground like 50% off the time. also you will get some social contact. but your incel ass as a chance of dying in this sport, so thread carefully
