Need a good diet

Hey, I'm 17, 6,2 and 60kg and need a good diet to better myself, i'm really skinny and wants to gain weight, i'm really eating bad (i'm eating a normal meal every 3-4 days), my skin is most likely bad (acnee) What can I eat to gain weights and get way more healthier? (Can be expensives products, i'll get a job rlly soon lol) Thanks guys
 
Bro here some basics

Eat less than you consume (calorie deficit)

At least 2 g protein per kg body weight daily

3-4 balanced meals a day

Drink plenty of water

Do strength training

Lots of vegetables, low sugar & fat

Get enough sleep

Thats all good parts for a healthy diet.

Use a app to track ur calories btw trust me^^

Btw you don't need expensive supplements for a healthy diet and especially no roids or anything like that.
If you do want to take supplements, I recommend creatine, Ashwaganda and I also think zinc is very good...
 
I wouldn’t recommend trashy bulking or eating massive meals with lots of fats(coming from experience) its gonna fuck you up physically and mentally, also its gonna drain ur energy real bad. My advice is to lift hard, eat 2-2.2 g protein per kg (animal based mostly, no shakes if needed) and get in your supps (d-vit, mag, zinc, iron etc) and sleep (7-8 is must for a 17 year old). Also try to move around so that ur body digest better and ur blood keeps running smooth. Good luck mate
