• Filler - cheap and temporary and easy however has migration risk and cant fill as well
• Fat grafting - more natural however has risk of loss of fat
• Implants - hardest to place and remove but doesnt have those issues
• However all of these actual soutions take time i recommend you buy some bb cream / concealer at the store
• Jaw angle filler
• Chin filler
• Rhino or nose filler to mask the hump
