Hit the gym last year for 5 months with 0 gains even after eating well. What supplements should I take. I turned 16 3 months ago btw

Natty training is nowhere near as brutal as not making progress for 5 months. The first 5 month you should be making great gains. Hgh won’t directly build muscle unless you’re taking other compounds. It will allow you to sleep better, provide better nutrition portioning in your body, make it easier to lose fat ect, but it’s not very anabolic in nature. Only advanced bodybuilders use it with insulin typically to get to the massive IFBB pro level. If you’re going to take something, start with a basic test cycle or sarms. But since you’re 16 I’d wait until you’re 18,19 so you don’t mess up your HPTA axis during puberty.Is hopping on hgh a bad move

You will need to take hair loss drugs like to asteroids or Ru when cycling, and no mk-677 won’t have as great of an effect as pharma grade HGH, it would still increase levels but not like GH.
