Im 17, 167cm and 50kg, and i dont know what i should do to get taller, im sorry if this thread is messy and repetetive and you get one or multiple strokes for reading it as i am currently writing this at 5am half asleep. I will just start by explaining a bit:
I dont know what i should do anymore because ive always been skinny as fuck and shorter than everyone else, i have underate my whole life and i was 22kg and 133cm in 6th grade, in 7th i was 144cm and 42kg, and in 8th i was barely 160cm and 47kg. Along with the constant undereating ive pretty much not fallen asleep until like 4am or later consistently since i got a phone when i was 10 so thats prolly why im so short. I got bullied and picked on all my school years and i still do to this day almost every single day by both bullies and my friends, even if its not said in an offensive way by everyone im tired of hearing that im the shortest. I hate myself and my height and all i want to do is to be taller and look better. This is my last shot before i consider jumping as it is destroys my life i literally cant even go outside anymore without feeling like a fucking kid everywhere, i cant even walk or talk or think normally anymore because i feel so awkward and uncomfortable around everyone that my body just stops functioning properly.
Since im 17 i know it might aswell be too late, i have not gotten a wrist xray yet since my parents have been extremely hesitant with going to the doctors about the things ive talked about so i cant know for sure if im still growing. I did get an appointment but for some reason not until october, and when i tried getting it another place i didnt get accepted for it as the clinic said there wasnt enough «evidence» of a bone age assessment predicting your adult height, which is fucking weird and does not make sense as its from my understanding the only accurate way to tell if im still growing which was what i was getting the appointment for.
Anyways i have grown 2cm in like a year so might or might not still be growing. My doctor also said im in like tanner stage 4. I went to an endocrinologist and got some blood tests to see if i could get a treatment but obviously it wasnt that easily acquired as i dont have any huge deficiencies other than a bit low (still inside the reference range) igf-1, which COULD be from isotretinoin since ive been on 20mg isotretinoin for almost a year, so from what i know my only option except from LL later in life is getting something illegally. I have not found any reputable hgh sources as ive been thinking mostly of running HGH + AIs, specifically anastrozole, but considering im running out of time every day i was thinking of just trying whatever i can get my hands on, which right now are peptides like cjc 1295 and ipamorelin. Obviously it wont be nearly as effective as actual rHGH, but i was thinking cjc NO dac 5mg and 5mg or 10mg ipamorelin. I also considered IGF-1 lr3 but i heard it can prematurely close my plates so idk. I also have not gotten a source for any AI yet. Ive already researched a lot and seen people talk about different methods and cycles but its just so overwhelming that i need another opinion.
I dont even know if theres a point in trying anymore since unless im lucky and my bone age is much lower than my «actual» age, even if i was on 12IUs hgh or more i would prolly only grow a few centimeters. Also will not hop on stuff like erda since i dont wanna go blind.
