need advice for my malocclusion

16M. cross-bite. My lower jaw moves to the left side when I bite. Mouth to nose ratio is better on the left side of my face (im assuming it's due to my palate). What do I do? Should I get MSE? I heard the suture on the palate fuses from 12-15 years of age.

Depends if it's skeletal or dentoalveolar and at what ratio so just go to ur ortho nigga

MSE works on adults, it just won't widen the skull the rest of the skull as much as on kids.
