as you can see this is my final post op surgery positioning
my chin is behind the riedel line.
now the thing is how to fix it?

either i do more le forte 1 to make the upper lip ahead (6 mm instead of 5mm) which might give me a chimp lip
or i just do more genio to match the line
or maybe do you think i can fix my protrusive lower lip?

this is my pre op incissor position
is the lower lip bulging out because of teeth or just soft tissue?
i am not sure what the correct move is to ensure good lip step and riedel line being good
I am going to talk to my surgeon about this but just wanted your opinion

```
rotate your scan 10.5 degrees clockwise
draw a line from the external auditory meatus of the ear to the orbitale
the occlusal plane angle isn't oriented correctly therefore
bring this up to Orion just say I don't think the scan is in a frankfurt horizontal position so wouldn't the occlusal plane angle be steeper? Ask it in a nice way don't be an incel about it```
anyone correct him?
idk but don’t just do more genio I think your post op already gives you an increased mentolabial angle. Anymore will look unbalanced imo
I think u need more movement imo, who is the surgeon. Looks like camouflaged class 3 bite why don’t u do decomp
What head position did you take your scans in? FWHP or NHP?
I was looking at it @yussimania and my head is not in Frankfurt horizontal plane normally
