I absolutely hate my frame. It’s always been horrible since I was a child. I’ve never had the natural muscle that I see other guys have without ever working out.

Absolutely 0 chest definition, and 0 definition at all.

The idea of me consistently having to go to the gym 6 days a week, eat perfect, get perfect sleep, and do everything right and STILL not even look good after years of work just makes me sick.

If anyone wants to see my frame dm me, and if you are a gymcel please give advice.
 
gymcel is here. you don't need to go to the gym 6 times a week don't overexaggerate it. you need to hit ≈10-20 reps with high intensity for muscle in a week if you want to maximise growth. you can't change your frame, only grow nearby muscles to make it look wider, so you need to focus mainly on your shoulders, then chest and back muscles. don't want to brag but that's me on pic just going gym 1-2 tines a week not paying attention to my diet, just eating enough protein. and then me when im locking in just to cut for summer

Tell me ur bidelt and show me ur frame unposed in pms I can help with some not mainstream advice.
