Need advice from Derminator users. Using a already open serum to microneedle?

Can i use a open hyaluronic acid serum from the ordinary to make a session? Im scared that there could be bacterias inside the serum that give me a infection.
I am using the bottle daily since a few weeks.

I usually use a vitamin C serum pre/whilist needling and more again after finishing it. Never experienced any infection, i also dont clear the skin after nor wash any blood. I just clear everything before and sterilize everything.

You can run the HA serum from their website if you want to be safe. It is what they recommend to apply while microneedling.

How deep are you going? I am planning on 1-1.25mm
Do you sterilize your skin before needling? I bought desinfection pads

I do it all the time with ha serum that is already opened, i don't desinfect the face and use new needles. I go 1mm on the face

I usually do needling after hot shower, and i sterilize the device cleaning it with boiling water then i let it sit on alcohol for around 5-10 minutes prior. Ive used almost all types of needling techniques from rollers, pens, stamps and single needling ranging depths from 1.0 to 3.0

Nowdays i prefer to use 1.5mm stamps with 3 to 4 weeks minimum intervals. The Derminator device is very good tho.

Do you let it evaporate By itself or wash off the alcohol? Also, same produce post-needling?

I'm not afraid but I'm not sure if that's justified... But do they already for more than 50 times with no issue
