Need advice, OMS didn't recommend me jaw surgery

Apparently he said if he moved my upper jaw forward my teeth would flare out too much and if he moved my lower jaw back it could compromise the airway.
I have brutal lip incompetence, an underbite, and asymmetry that I think is due to silent sinus syndrome.

If he can get a split then MSE would probably be better to make room on his arch for a stable dental decompenastion.

U will need a Bimax with a CCW to flatten the occlusale plane

What you need is a good orthodontic planing before the DJS

20k would make 5-7k for ortho and 13k for Jaw surgery

I think Ramieri is a good option

To get ur bite you need to look at molar relationship
But your incisor are clearly class 1

You will not get surgery first, too much proclinasion

Just consult local surgeon and ask bimax CCW with a genio, he then will refer you to an ortho
